Madison Shelnutt (she/her/hers) is a social worker at Family Counseling Service of Athens, Inc. in Athens, Georgia. While attending the University of Georgia for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees, she served as the Co-President for Period Project at UGA, as well as a Team Lead for Project Red, an advocacy initiative to implement free products in bathrooms across campus.
With a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership to compliment her Master of Social Work degree, her specialties lie in nonprofit development and community engagement. Her combined experience of leading a student organization and and working at a nonprofit provide her with valuable insight and a passion to serve the member organizations of Georgia STOMP.
In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her cat Emmylou, baking, cooking, gardening, and binge watching TV with her friends.
